Leading Hull Estate Agents Larards Residential Sales have appointed Steve Arksey to cover Cottingham, Beverley and outlying village areas. Steve is well known in both the local, regional and national property scenes having previously worked in Hull, York and Manchester. Completed Sales from our Hedon branch are 21% up on last years figures!! Even during what has been a tough year for the property market one office in particular has seemingly bucked the trend with a notable increase in sales figures across the Holderness villages.
