NEW DIRECTOR ANNOUNCED
Larards Residential Sales directors Dave Rawding and Robin Kellock are pleased to announce that area manager Alisdair Bott is to join them on the board of directors as an associate director.
Director Robin Kellock said: - “Alisdair has been with us for 3 years now having joined us from another local agent and has been an integral part of the management team in that time. As a result Dave and myself felt it was time to recognise his achievements.
Dave Rawding added: - “ I worked with Alisdair before myself and Robin bought the company and was pleased to be able to secure his services as one of our earliest appointments. His progression and professionalism within that time has led to today’s announcement.”
Speaking about his promotion Alisdair Bott said: - “ I am obviously delighted to have been given this opportunity by such a well respected company in the area. The Larards name is synonymous with the local property market and I am delighted to reach this position within the residential sales team.”
With many changes afoot in the coming year, Larards Residential Sales feel that the promotion in addition to the recent appointment of Dennis Leach to the valuation team puts them in a strong position to capitalise on their growing market share
