Larards becomes a Bondholder

One of the city's oldest-established estate agents has become the latest firm to join Hull's Bondholder scheme.

Larards has been trading in Hull and the East Riding for 110 years.

Robin Kellock, director of Larards Residential Sales, said the company had a "great passion" for the city and was keen to see it develop.

He said: "We believe our membership of the Bondholder scheme will enable us to get more involved with the business community and give our individual contributions towards raising Hull's profile."

Andy Mowbray, business development manager at Hull Forward, which runs the Bondholder scheme, said the organisation was delighted to welcome Larards as the latest Bondholder.

He said: "Given the company's dedication and knowledge of the city, we are confident its input will be of considerable value to the scheme and help communicate Hull's message to a wider audience."

Larards' Hull branches are in Princes Dock Street, city centre and Holderness Road, east Hull.

The company also has offices in the East Riding in Hedon, Willerby and Beverley.

The firm is a member of the Homesale Network - the UK's largest group of independent estate agents - which is dedicated to connecting buyers and sellers across the country.

Companies are invited to join the organisation after extensive research into the firm.

All businesses that are part of the Homesale Network are independent and no national chains are invited to join.

They have 750 members across the UK.
