Bumper September
At a time when most agents are bemoaning the current housing market we have had a bumper month. With national sales down by some 25% or over, we have just agreed only 5 sales short of this time last year.
Director Rob Kellock said " This is a fantastic effort from all our sales staff. We must have sold more than any other agency in the region.......and by some margin. We have always maintained pricing is the key and indeed, in some cases, we have turned business away if we know a client has no chance of selling. We are getting a bit long in the tooth but have seen markets like this before......we know what we're doing"
