JULY SEES GROWING SALES
Buyers were back in abundance this month , making the start of summer 2009 look much better than predicted. All offices reported increases in activity in all areas of the business with many buyers taking advantage of the cheap interest rates on offer. Sellers are more realistic in their expectations and these two factors are producing strong chains leading into March.
Vicky Hook, manager in West Hull commented, " We have agreed 3 sales in excess of £1/2 million with another 4 in the pipeline. As the bottom end of the market has picked up, this has released those people to move on up. The market looks a lot healthier than at the start of the year."
