Robin Kellock

Robin first joined Larards in 1987 as a holiday job earning £20 per week. Due to family relocation the first step in his 'real' estate agency career was as a trainee sales negotiator for an Oxfordshire Estate Agent Vernon & Son. After progressing from trainee to office manager within less than a year, Larards with whom Robin had kept in touch with, had a valuers role and in 1989 Robin moved back and joined the firm and progressed to be an associate partner. In June 2003, the firm was split and sold. Robin completed the sales side of the management buyout, before bringing Dave Rawding in as an equal partner. Robin deals in all areas of the business, but now mainly specialises on the Oscars Lettings Business.

Dave Rawding

With some 23 years' experience in house sales, Dave has worked for some of the largest corporate and independent property agents in the UK, leading one to be recognised for its largest increase in sales in the North of England. A resident of Hull all his life, Dave read Law and Business at University specialising in Land Law in his final year. He joined Larards in 2005 as a Director and remains heavily involved in all aspects of the business as well as all forms of property valuations.

Alisdair Bott

Alisdair has been working locally in estate agency for more than a decade. Hull born and bred he completed a degree from Hull University and enhanced his qualifications through the Surveyors and Valuers Association (SAVA) in Milton Keynes. Following a number of years on the valuation team at another local agency Alisdair joined Larards Residential Sales in 2004. After playing a significant role in the growth and success of the firm Alisdair was invited onto the board of Directors in 2007 and completes the senior management team of the firm.

Jim Cook

Jim joined Larards Residential Sales in 2005 having previously had experience working in both the property and financial sector for corporate firms. After successfully working throughout our branches in a number of roles, Jim has chosen to spearhead the company's legal obligations when Home Information Packs were introduced in 2007, turning the company into a market leader in the area. Since the demise of the packs, Jim has returned to his estate agency role and now manages our Hedon branch.

Jayne Giles

With over 23 years experience working for both private, independent and corporate agents in a managerial capacity, Jayne now forms part of the sales team based at our Hedon branch, an area where she has vast local knowledge and still resides in the locality.

Jenny Catchpole

Jenny has spent the last 8 years working here at Larards Residential Sales having amassed over 20 years experience in the local property market, having previously worked on new build sites for national home builders, as well as large multi-national corporate agencies.

Claire Renfree

Claire has been in the property industry since 1996 having worked for a large corporate company and an independent agent in the local area. In 2002 she joined Larards Residential Sales working from our city centre branch and spent further time at both our Willerby and Beverley branches. With her vast experience, Claire was enlisted to help within our Property Management department for Oscars Lettings and currently works in this role.

Anne Clinton

Anne has worked for Larards Residential Sales for many years and is one of the back bones of the company who should really be running for MD! Anne handles everything from an administrative perspective, ensuring that everything runs smoothly in a fast and efficient manner.

Emma Hall

Emma forms part of our sales team at our Holderness Road branch, having joined Larards Residential Sales after her A levels, after a concerted effort to attract the best leavers at this time. With valuable industry knowledge gained, Emma prides herself on her high levels of customer service.

Mark Huby

Mark has over 17 years experience in the financial services industry and has worked for some of the largest banks, building societies and lenders in the UK. Mark now uses his specialist knowledge to advise Larards Residential Sales clients, offering independent mortgage and protection advice. Mark is also a Will Writer and Director of Total Finance Options Ltd who have been working closely with Larards Residential Sales since 2010.

Nicola Betts

A University Graduate with BA (Hons) degree in Interior Design, Nicola is in an ideal position to advise clients on the saleability of their homes. Having worked for a national homebuilder has a sales negotiator, Nicola enjoys extensive training in sales and customer service. In 2007 Nicola was employed by a local bespoke property developer specialising in the exclusive end of the market, utilising both her sales and design skills to maximum effect for discerning purchasers. After moving into estate agency in 2008, she is currently based as part of the sales team at our Holderness Road branch.

Martin Bott

With a background in international project management, having worked for numerous international companies, Martin has experience and specialisation in project management, property development and management consultancy, who joined Oscars Lettings & Property Management in 2011. Martin's vast experience is used throughout the company and specialises in carrying out inspections and inventories and viewings in the rental sector.

Pat Berresford

Pat heads up the accountancy function here at Larards Residential Sales and, having years of experience working for the company, handles all our financial dealings both internally and externally with suppliers.

Carl Wiles

Carl is one of those people that seems to know everybody in the East Riding and was part of the all conquering Skirlaugh amateur rugby league team of the mid 1990's that brought national success to the locality. Now involved in the mortgage, protection and financial services sector of the business, Carl offers a superb back up to our office and sales network in arranging finance for both sellers and buyers alike.

Andrew Ford

Andrew began his working career at Larards Residential Sales as a part-time negotiator in 2007. Not long after, he went full-time as an Accompanied Viewer, before working between all the offices and gaining a broad knowledge of the property market and the East Yorkshire region. Putting his money where his mouth is, he bought his first house at the age of twenty-two, and is currently part of the East Hull office team.

Vicky Hook

Vicky joined the estate Agency circuit as a school leaver in 1996 working for some of the largest corporate and independent property agents in the UK. Climbing up the career ladder over the last 15 years having carried various roles with the estate agency practice such as valuing & managing. Having a vast experience of the East Yorkshire area, Vicky joined Larards in 2007 & currently manages the Willerby & Holderness Road branches as well as being the Homesale coordinator for North Region.
