Dave Rawding is a land professional with over 30 years experience dealing with all aspects of land sales from single plots in gardens, through to long term options and the sale of new build properties for local and national house builders. Partnering him in the Land & New Homes department is Andrew Ford, a property professional with over a decade of experience in sales and negotiations.
