    Robin will also provide protection advice covering life and income protection through to just getting a quote on your buildings and contents cover.     Dave is well known locally & spans some 30 years+ experience within all areas of the industry. Over the years he has worked for a selection of the largest corporate and independent property agents in the UK, successfully leading one to be recognised for its largest increase in sales in the North of England.

    A resident of Hull/Nth Ferriby all his life. He studied 'Law & Business' at York University specialising in Land Law, proudly graduating with hons.

    Dave then took on the role of Director/Co-owner of Larards in 2005 and remains heavily involved in all aspects of the business as well as all forms of property, land & new homes valuations. Be assured that his knowledge of the industry speaks for itself. The on going success of Larards Residential Sales in part is thanks to his passion, hunger and love for the profession. He encourages a feel good work environment & a belief that 'you treat people as you would expect to be treated yourself!' The clients needs come first & he instils a 'listen & learn' policy!

  • Kerry Rawding (Director LRS Ltd)

    Kerry has over 30 years of sales experience within Estate Agency, this profession has been her career & love since leaving school. Initially carrying out work experience & training with Chapman Rowson Estate Agents at the age of 15/16 moving onto Prudential Property Services & other local successful agents throughout Hull and East Yorkshire. There isn't an area that she hasn't sold a property. From a knowledge view point you can be assured that it's second to none. Both corporate & local family agencies have used her wealth of experience. She now successfully cordinates the business needs of Larards Residential Sales & has done so for the last 15 years. Kerry's passion for the industry has never waivered - she has a genuine understanding of how stressful and worrying 'moving house' can be, with this in mind she aims to ensure that this empathy and care is passed on through the highly experienced team, thus resulting in a caring and listening ear for all clients old and new!

  • Jayne Giles (Area Manager)

    Jayne has been with us since the very beginning of our journey (more or less)- With over 25 years of valuable experience within the industry, working for private, independent and corporate estate agents in a managerial capacity. Jayne now leads a vastly experienced sales team, at our Hedon & Willerby Branches. She has lived in the Holderness area all of her life, this affords Jayne the luxury of a vast local knowledge from her core area of Hedon, out towards Withernsea and the coast. Her past roles mean that she too has a vast knowledge of West/West Hull Villages. Recently promoted to the role of Area Manager, she has grasped this role with both hands & is proving invaluable to the Senior Management, her experience, passion for the industry & commitment to meeting the needs of all clients past and present is a main focus for her as she strives to push the business forward during this exciting year for Hull.   • Andrew Ford (Valuer)

    Andrew began his working career with Larards Residential Sales as a part time sales negotiator in 2007. Shortly after joining us, he then went on to become a full time Accompanied Viewer in order to gain a good grounding & knowledge of the local area & its properties. Moving on to then work between the offices as a Sales Negotiator gaining experience in all aspects of sales negotiation, conveyancing, valuations etc, Andrew has become a valued member of the team! So much so that he was recently promoted to full time Residential Valuer, his knowledge and experience will be a great comfort to clients whom potentially are making one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

  • Katie Rood (Sales Negotiator)

    Katie has worked for a number of local independent & corporate estate agents over her years in the industry. Our paths had crossed working together years ago for another local agent until fate brought her back to us in 2012. Her experience includes working for the highly regarded local house builders Beal Homes. She has a fantastic knowledge of the local area which proves invaluable within her role at our Willerby office. Employed by us for in excess of 4 years, she is a valued, loyal & committed member of the team. Katie can assist calmly & positively in all areas of buying & selling - you can trust in her guidance & advice!

  • Becky Jackson (Sales Negotiator)

    Becky is our little success story! Her estate agency career has been fantastic - she started her working life straight from school with our Hedon Branch as an apprentice nearly 3 ago. She stood out then & immediately showed great flair for the industry, we had no hesitation in retaining Becky as a full time negotiator once the opportunity arose. She has developed her knowledge of the profession well over these years, still learning every day & maturing into an excellent, valued member of the team.

She is exceptional in negotiating offers through to sales and the buying process, ensuring that the process runs as smoothly as possible. A lifetime resident of East Riding, she knows the area well having worked all along the Holderness, East Coast, Haltemprice and West Hull vicinities.
